you are operating at the kind of level and with the demanding
set of responsibilities that we would expect, then your time
is going to be at a premium. Where it makes sense for us to
do so, and following confidential discussions with yourself,
we are occasionally willing to approach relevant companies,
firms and organisations on your behalf and explore current
or future opportunities. Clearly on some occasions this provides
the opportunity to access vacancies that have not yet hit
the desks of the Executive Search firms, and may allow you
to have an initial exploratory discussion with the decision
makers. - If things proceed, then we can be there to assist
you with negotiations on package and so on.
This
service is only offered by exception and, except in the case
of younger "high flier" and "fast track"
candidates is very unlikely to be offered to candidates not
already earning packages of £100K +.
